fees are payable in advance. We accept money orders,
cashier checks, personal or business checks, and Paypal. There is a
10 day delay on personal and business checks allowing for checks to clear
our bank. Checks should be made payable to Katherine Merchant/AWA. Send all

Advertising on the Home page requires a minimum two (2) month commitment payable in advance. All fees are quoted in US Dollars and payable only in USD funds. Space is limited, reserve early as we sell on a first-come-first-serve basis with paid orders. Those choosing to advertise on all other pages, may choose the page they wish to display their ad. In the event there is no room available, you will be put on a waiting list in the order your request was received, unless you wish to choose another page. All in-house design work will not be put on schedule until paid in full. Electronic proofs - up to 3 - provided at no charge. If more than 3 proofs are required, an additional charge of $2.00 per proof will be added. All artwork produced through AWA is copyrighted and must have written permission from AWA prior to use anywhere else in any medium. (An additional fee may be required.) AWA offers a full line of graphic design and web development services to authors and publishers at affordable rates.
